Slab: Is it a new slab being poured or an existing building undergoing renovations? Is it a ground floor slab or are there multiple stories? What mpa is the slab (if known).
Size: Total size area in m2 that is to be coated or polished.
Drainage: Are there shower bases/laundry drains which need to be included?
Access: What is access to the property like? i.e.: Easy, flat wide gates or steep, no truck access. How close can we park our generator to the location?
Location: Where is the job? Town, state etc
Internals: If the area is in an existing building how much edge work is required? How wide are the doorways?
Preferred Finish: Are you looking for Hiperfloor polished concrete or a coating system?
Please note: For new buildings we need to quote from plans. For existing buildings we need to do an onsite inspection to be able to provide an accurate quote.
We do not have a set per meter rate. Jobs are costed on an individual basis with many of the above factors playing a part.
